Gilbert Neighborhoods and Homes
Master-planned Southeast Valley communities and the Heritage District.
Living in Gilbert
Gilbert neighborhoods are in the Southeast Valley, east of Chandler and south of Mesa. Gilbert is organized as a town rather than a city, and it has grown into one of the largest communities in the Valley. Its Heritage District, the historic downtown, is known for restaurants and gathering spots.
Much of Gilbert is made up of master-planned communities with parks, lakes and walking paths.
Homes in Gilbert
Housing in Gilbert is mostly single-family homes in communities with a homeowners association, from starter homes to larger homes on bigger lots, with some newer construction. Buyers often compare several communities, so homeowners association rules, dues, amenities and commute all become part of the decision.
I am an Associate Broker with Coldwell Banker Realty, licensed since 2003, and I serve Maricopa County. New construction buyers should read my page on bringing your own agent to the builder before visiting a model home. Sellers can start with selling your home.
