How Polly Blackwell's real estate website collects, uses and protects the information you share, who receives it, how long it is kept, and your choices.
Who this policy covers
This website is run by Polly Blackwell, an Associate Broker licensed in Arizona and affiliated with Coldwell Banker Realty. When this page says "I" or "me," it means Polly Blackwell. This policy explains what information this site collects, what I do with it, who else receives it, and the choices you have.

What information this site collects
What you choose to send me. When you fill out a form, the site collects what you type: your name, email address, phone number if you give one, your message, and any other answers on that form. If you check the box agreeing to text messages, the site records that you agreed and the wording you agreed to.
How you found the site. If you arrive from an ad, an email or a social media post, the site keeps the campaign tags attached to that link (for example, which ad you clicked), the first page you landed on, and the name of the website you came from. It keeps only the site's name, such as facebook.com, never the full address of the page you were on. This tells me which of my marketing is working. It is sent along with your form only if you fill one out.
Basic technical information. Like every website, the company that hosts this site receives standard technical details when you visit, such as your internet address and browser type, so it can deliver the pages and protect the site from abuse.
Information stored in your own browser. The site saves a few small notes in your browser: whether you prefer the light or dark look, whether you have already seen the chat greeting, and the campaign tags described above. They stay on your device and are not used to follow you around the internet. This site does not run advertising or analytics tracking tools.
Maps. Neighborhood and listing pages show a map from Google Maps. When a page with a map loads, Google receives your internet address and browser details and may set its own cookies, under Google's privacy policy.
How I use your information
I use what you send me to answer your question, follow up with you, and help you with buying or selling a home.
Email. When you contact me through this site, I may also send you emails about real estate and the local market. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can stop them at any time.
Text messages. I send text messages only if you check the box agreeing to them. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving them, or HELP for help.
I do not sell your personal information, and I do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.
Who else receives your information
A small number of companies handle your information on my behalf so this site can work:
- GoHighLevel runs the contact system where your form details are stored and where I keep track of our conversations.
- Vercel hosts this website and delivers its pages.
- Google Maps provides the maps on neighborhood and listing pages.
Each of these companies processes information under its own terms and privacy policy. If you become my client, I share the details your transaction requires with the people involved in it, such as Coldwell Banker Realty, the escrow and title company, and any lender or inspector you choose to work with. I may also share information when the law requires it.
How long I keep it
I keep your information until you unsubscribe. After that, I keep only what is needed to make sure you are not emailed again, unless you ask me to delete it entirely. If you are my client, records of your transaction are kept for as long as real estate law and my brokerage require.
Your choices
You can ask me what information I have about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. Use the email address or phone number at the bottom of every page, or send me a message. You can unsubscribe from emails with the link in any email, and stop texts by replying STOP.
Some web browsers send a "Do Not Track" signal. This site does not track you across other websites, and it works the same way whether or not your browser sends one. Google Maps, where a map appears, follows its own settings.
Sensitive situations
Some people contact me during a hard time, such as a divorce, a death in the family, or trouble keeping up with mortgage payments. Anything you share about a situation like that is used only to help you understand your options, and it is never used in public marketing.
Please do not send bank account numbers, Social Security numbers or other financial account details through this website's forms. If your situation needs those details, we will arrange a secure way to share them.
Security and children
I take reasonable steps to protect your information, and the companies listed above protect it under their own security programs. No website or online service can promise perfect security.
This site is meant for adults. It is not directed to children under 13, and I do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes and governing law
If I change this policy, I will post the new version on this page with a new date at the top. Arizona law governs this policy.
