This website is run by Polly Blackwell, an Associate Broker licensed in Arizona (license BR656369000) and affiliated with Coldwell Banker Realty. When this page says "I," "me" or "we," it means Polly Blackwell. Real estate services described on this site are provided through Coldwell Banker Realty.

What this site is and is not
This site provides general information about my real estate services, my process, and the Scottsdale and Greater Phoenix housing market. It is written to help you understand your options before you make a decision.
It is not legal, tax, lending, insurance or investment advice. I am not an attorney, CPA, financial adviser, housing counselor or lender, and nothing on this site should be read as advice from one. Your situation has details a website cannot see. For advice about your specific circumstances, talk with the appropriate licensed professional, and I am glad to work alongside them on the real estate side.
Contacting me through this site, filling out a form or chatting with the site assistant does not create an agency relationship or an agreement to represent you. Representation begins only when we sign a written agreement.
Information about buying, selling, distressed property situations and the Home Equity Protection Program describes general options and my general process. It is not a promise of any outcome, and it is not a guarantee that any problem can be stopped or solved.
Listing and market information
Listing information on this site may come from the multiple listing service or from sellers and their agents. It is deemed reliable but is not guaranteed, may change without notice and may not reflect the most recent updates. Please verify any detail that matters to your decision, including square footage, lot size, school assignments, homeowners association (HOA) information and taxes.
Market figures such as median prices and days on market are accurate as of the date and source stated with them. Markets change, and a figure from a past period describes that period only.
Listing photographs are often the property of the photographer or licensed to the listing brokerage, and they are shown with permission for the purpose of marketing that property.
Using this site
The written content, design and original images on this site belong to me or to the people who licensed them to me. You are welcome to read, share links to and print pages for your personal use.
