Buckeye Neighborhoods and Homes

Fast-growing West Valley communities with lots of new construction.

Living in Buckeye

Buckeye neighborhoods are at the far western edge of the metro area along Interstate 10. Buckeye has been one of the fastest-growing cities in the country, and much of that growth has come through large master-planned communities, such as Verrado.

Buyers often come to Buckeye for newer homes and more space for the money, balanced against a longer commute to central Phoenix.

Homes in Buckeye

Much of Buckeye's housing is newer single-family construction in communities with a homeowners association. With so many new homes, buyers frequently compare builder homes with nearby resale homes, and the differences in upgrades, lot premiums and incentives matter.

As an Associate Broker with Coldwell Banker Realty, licensed since 2003, I help buyers make those comparisons. Read my page on new construction before visiting a model home, and see first-time buyers if this is your first purchase.

Getting around Buckeye

Interstate 10 is Buckeye's main connection to the rest of the Valley, with the Loop 303 to the east. Test the commute at the time of day you would drive it.
