Polly Blackwell

Real estate is rarely just about the house. It is about where you are going next, what is happening in your life, and making a decision that supports what you are trying to accomplish.

Polly Blackwell has been helping buyers and sellers navigate those decisions since 2003. An Associate Broker with Coldwell Banker Realty and a Global Luxury specialist, Polly grew up in the Valley and serves clients in Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, Phoenix and everything in between.

Her business is built around a process she calls Strategy Before Reaction™. Before a client is in the middle of a decision with a deadline hanging over them, Polly works to create a strong place to start. She prepares clients for the process, keeps them informed as new information develops, coordinates the many people and details behind the scenes, and adjusts the strategy when something unexpected happens. Her goal is not to overwhelm clients with information or tell them what they should do. It is to help them understand what is happening, what their options are, and how those choices may affect the outcome they want.

That approach is especially valuable when real estate becomes complicated. In addition to traditional buyer and seller representation, Polly has extensive education and experience related to probate, distressed property situations, divorce-related real estate, relocation, negotiation, pricing and senior real estate needs.

A lifelong learner, Polly holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and fourteen professional real estate designations and certifications. She is also deeply involved in the REALTOR® organization at the local, state and national levels. In 2026, she is President of Scottsdale REALTORS® and a Local National Director representing the Scottsdale Area Association on the Arizona REALTORS® Board of Directors.

Polly believes the plan can change, but the client's goals are what keep the strategy grounded. Her job is to provide the preparation, information, coordination and professional perspective clients need to make confident real estate decisions.
